All Levels Flex Class with a focus on right and left splits, active flex + conditioning. Focus: Squared right and left splits. Psoas stretch and hip flexor extension strength. Glute, abdominal and quad engagement in full split. Proper body alignment. Work to strengthen surrounding and included muscle groups to help students with hypermobiltiy find balance and control; preventing ligament/muscle strain or injury. Alternatively students with tight muscles will benefit from mobility work, making bodies more malleable and deepening the passive split.
